I did a blog post (see sig) on this the other day but figure I could see what people thought by going to the source. Most all of us have a company that we run our affiliate business though so we have some level of corporate responsibility.
Since we work on our comps all day our industry is already way greener than most. My entire company is 100% online and uses only electricity. Payments are wires or ach, bank statements and bills are online. Only the odd w9 or signed contract uses paper.
Anyway this year I spent $400 and bought enough carbon offsets to completely offset my companies carbon footprint. I figure it would be great to be able to say my company was 100% offset so I could use it on my white hat sites(non-lps) and other places. The $400 is a tax deduction anyway so it seemed win-win.
Anyone else do this?
