with all this new domaining gold rush, i was going through dnforum the basic section fuck. The place is strawn with newbies, i gotta say there is a higher quality of members here. Sure we dont have have a multimillion dollar domain section, there is though a higher quality all round domainers versus just plain domainers.

no matter what intentions chris had starting the forum, there is always a flow of newbies coming over wanting something for nothing. Cough* warrior forum pussies *cough , and some of the digitalpointers. lol
 
iono who Chris is, but dnforum was started byDan Gessler and is now owned by Adam Dicker. The forums kind of dead right now, but the people that make up the "core" are really good people and the platinum section is usually where its at for me. I haven't looked at the for sale section in a while.

Being a Mod at DNForum, I can say that the sole focus on DNf is being a platform for buying an selling domains. Discussions are there but they are not the focus -- except for hardcore domaining topics like those in the Legal Section.

That is totally correct for NamePros, not DNForum. =) The paid membership screens out a lot of shit.
 
bRa, much respect and i am sure you earned that spot over there and over here. Marketingwise, wickedfire has some kick ass techniques. Its funny i was going through whizzbangs blog and he had something on there about quality score. A veteran domainer who has never fucked with adwords. Now that is one for the books. Some domainers dont even give a fuck about adwords, all they want is money. I dont blame them.
