good Terms of Service / Privacy Policy generators?

does anybody have any recommendations for Terms of Service/Privacy Policy generators for an ecommerce site? there seem to be quite a few if you search...but i'm hoping somebody knows which is the best. i'm looking for something that's extensive, fast, and free for our product site.

No site will generate terms or policies that will actually protect you in court. We are all guilty of slapping up copied policies on landers but for an ecommerce site I would highly recommend getting something drafted. If you're making money, protect it.
