Good Wordpress Contact Form?

Has anyone been able to get a *working* contact form for Wordpress that has customizable fields?

I've been searching high and low for one that actually works, but still no luck.

Any suggestions appreciated.

CForms is better written than WP itself. It should do all you need.

cforms = amazing. customize it for contest entries mostly - it's SWEET.
