ok my review now.

Account is legit, delivered. I created my first ad today and lets c if the account sticks. This domain or ad has never been used before, so it should ideally stick. Will report back in 1-2 days
 
as long your website is not a brand new (under 3 month after submit sitemap to google) and break google TOS. that will be okay :)
 
Bought an account from him.It got suspended after two days.Ads didnt even go live.Sent him an email and he said it was because of my ads.
When i tried my ads with other account what i bought from my normal source,ads went to live fine.



He did not offer refund or make a new account.
