Google Affiliate Program

Ok so I am trying them out, I see a Payment Terms under barnes and nobles but it says 90 days. I thought that would be something like the cookie duration, but there is another column that says Commission Duration, and it says 0 under that.

Does that mean they are going to hold my payment for 90 days? I thought google's affiliate program pays out with adsense which is net 30.

You get paid for GAN commissions at the same time as adsense but the payouts are throttled depending on the advertiser. So for your 90 day example, if you for any sales you did during the month of August you would get paid at the end of November (yeah it blows), but after that it is monthly (in Dec you get pad for Sept, etc...)
