I gots an idea why dont someone call sergey brin and be all like hay guys im from dp and i don't like ur bans on my friends.
you and your crew should definitely approach the google booth and ask them to forgive you at affiliate summit.
sorry about what i said earlier. i was mad at google but wasn't thinking clearly.
it doesn't hurt to ask. also, you have nothing to lose. fess up and tell them you were promoting google money tree that one time but it will not happen again. maybe they will feel bad for you if they meet your face to face.
to help the affiliate marketing community, please videotape the proceedings and post it on wickedfire. this way, those that couldn't make it will see how they react when they are approached in a more personable fashion. the community can then plan a course of action collectively so google will take affiliates seriously.

This thread is retarded on so many levels. Has the OP ever actually attended an Affiliate Summit or ad Tech show? The reps manning the outreach stations are usually 22 year old interns or personable entry level employees. Complain to them that you were banned for promoting a shitty rebill offer that misues their name, and they'll say sorry and give you a free light up toy.
The Google affiliate network isn't the greatest, but they pay on time and promote real products. No scammy rebills anyplace.

Sounds like your network needs to diversify. Or maybe this crazy thought, push googlecash on something besides google, holy shit.
