I was minding my own business today when one of my business partners showed in a gentleman from his home country. They called me into the office and showed me something that I thought did not exist.
GOOGLE HUMAN EDITS/RATES Their Organic Results.
I was show propietary confidential information, but this was something I didn't know, they rate the position of the top 10, and edit it and moderate the whole results.
He is still in the office, so I will continuing asking questions about everything, but all the info I just gathered lead me to this web page:

DON'T USE YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO LOGIN TO THIS PAGE. This just just proof of it's existence. The story goes, that the robots can understand everything, and the stuff they don't understand go to the rating system.
They rate the layout of a site, the images, if there is visible keyword stuffing, if there is spam, if there is malicious info and thousands of pops, they rate everything!!!!!
I will post back more info.... Maybe this is just news too me.
They guy tells me Google does this aggressively for all major keywords, Yahoo doesn't do this, I don't know about MSN yet. The program is still in beta, the layout of the program is constantly changing.... this is crazy...
