If you're good at laying everything out in Photoshop, check out SiteGrinder.

I just looked at SiteGrinder. Have you used it? How good of a job does it do? It can't really be that easy.

I can actually handcode a whole tableless layout pretty easily in a text editor w/ CSS & XHTML, but if this thing can actually spit out standards compliant code w/ images and stuff optimized appropriately, then it would save me a bunch of time.

Obviously they are doing this to improve search results, not just screw us. But yeah, it kinda sucks but in the end.
