So the index page of one of my sites suddenly disappeared from the Google SERP for the main keyword. It was at 21st yesterday, completely gone today. 
It is a reasonably quality site, unique content with articles I wrote and probably the most informative site on the limited subject (in my apparently not so humble opinion).
I did make a few changes to it a few days ago, and it got spidered about every five days or so.
I can think of a few things that may be the problem:
- The keyword density is too high at about 8-9 percent.
- I made one too many changes to the meta tags.
Noob questions:
1) Is it in Google supplementals? How can I tell?
2) Can I get it out of there? How?
