A few months ago some members brought to my attention that someone had registered the domains wickedfire.net and wickedfire.org, and pointed them to my arch nemesis' blog (Peter T Davis). Well, Mr Davis actually contacted me over on SPF and told me he didn't do it, and I believed him, because I knew as much as I disliked the guy, he wouldn't do something as dumb as that. So after some heated threats on my part, I decided, fuck it, I'll just be patient and let the idiots who did it screw up and come to me instead.
Well, guess what! I learned yesterday from one member here that the owners of my beloved TRADEMARKED domains were trying to sell the domains to other people. I guess it doesn't bring in traffic like they had originally thought it would, or that the joke was getting old. Too bad for them though that WF has a lot of very loyal members, and that the news of the up for sale domains would come back to me.
So I contacted one of the douchebags on AIM and gave him a choice. He could either, hand over the domains for free, or he could let me sue him for them and also have a field day on his company sites and reputation. Needless to say, being 17 and all, he chose the latter of the two. I guess he thinks being a minor and all will stop me from suing him (or his parents), which it won't, and now that I have all of his information as well, I can have some fun with his sites, and last of all, it sure is a great way to kill off your reputation at such a young age.
His name is Gary, his name on here is Indy, and he runs FreshCoders.com. I've actually heard from several people that they accepted projects, and cash and never delivered, so I'm not really surprised by that. Aside for that stuff, his IP is - 81.156.43.39 -- his email addresses are:
Nirvana133@hotmail.com
gary@freshcoders.com
His blog - garyrae.com
Some of his sites:
Here's Gary's mobile #: (+44)7999146351
When I find his home address information I'll give it out, also, if anyone in his town wants to kick his ass for me, I'll give ya $500 for it, but you have to take pictures of it.
He's also got a partner named Matt. Another bright guy I guess, he goes by the name Techno. When I get his info, I'll be posting that here too.
I pulled this information from their whois, not sure if it's accurate, but we'll soon see for sure.

-- I wonder what his mommy will think when she gets a call from me and a few from my lawyer about her pride and joy breaking the law.
I should be getting their real information and billing information shortly, just waiting on my friend to get back to me on it.
I think I'll also wait a few months until they are legal, and then sue them for squatting on my trademarked domains. Clearly I'll win too, because they made this AFTER I had trademarked WickedFire, also I've got lots of other people helping me out, and already asked a lawyer who specializes in things like this if I had a good shot at winning, and the answer was YES across the board.
Sometimes people choose to learn lessons the hard way, and since I have such a goddamn fun time doing this to them, I feel it's necessary to help them learn to think twice next time they think they can pull a fast one on me.
