I have seen that many users on WF have problems with GTD, focus, motivation, time management.
This is a free online tool to create a goal (habit change), accomplish it for 21 days and the new habit will become easier.
Only one unsuccessful day and the counter'll start at day 1.
After created a goal/habit, in the advanced options write down the upside and the negative consequences. Be direct, active, positive, for example if you miss a business goal the negative consequence has not to be: "no success" but "absolute fail....".
