What is Do Follow?
Back in the day when blogs were first starting, nasty spammers used to abuse blog commenting, and spam the comments with their yuckky links, trying to promote all kinds of junky porny gambly sites. To combat this, Google implemented the "no follow" tag. So when a links has attribute of no-follow which most of the site has now then a backlink from that link is not counted when Google finds the weightage of teh iste to find PR. So such a back link is not at all useful.
People were certainly not became happy about the nature of this No_Follow things, so a number of like minded people started a movement called DO-FOLLOW and gradually many blogger and webmster started joining the movement. So a blog which is part of the Do-FOLLOW movement will have a link rel attribute as Do-FOLLOW and any back link from that blog/site will be counted as a valid backlink.

Each comment will cost $0.25. SO total price will be will be $0.25 X umber of comments.
If you wanty multiple keywords for Package 3, it will be $3 per extra keyword.
