I have tons of Comcast hacked modems. Each one has been tested and works with Comcast. If you hook up it to the cable from Comcast you will get access.. FREE. But I am not selling it for this reason. Oh ya, I only worked for Comcast for 14 years starting as a ditch digger then sweeping lines for the digital conversion. So no I dont know how it works. Cable is a very "stupid" business. By stupid I mean a monkey can run it. I read that quote from some business magazine I read a couple years back. But, as long as you have Comcast cable (buy basic cable package) and hook up this modem and change your DNS settings (I will instruct you how to do it, but very simple) it will work AND you are anonymous. And they can't find out, only by process of elimination, ie going to every home and unplugging your cable to the box. I'm on one right now.

I had a Comcast modem one time and it died on me. I called them to send a new one and a couple days later a tech showed up at my door. I told him they could have just sent the modem, but he went to it, opened it up and to my surprise, it was full of cash!
He removed the cash, put it in his pocket and the modem worked fine again. But now, whenever it doesn't act right, I crack it open and pull out a couple twenties.
