Hand holding for those starting out

Okay just watched all 12 videos. I will give credit were credit is due this guy knows his stuff. However it focuses mostly on blog and email marketing techniques. I suppose if you could put in the effort you could have your main domain supplemented with your blog and a subscriber list using the techniques in this course.

The only thing that stands out for me is that this takes a long time. I think in one of his videos he stats that you need 89 days of content to send out through emails. It will net you money definitely but it depends on a person's willingness and commitment.

for sure it takes time, you cant just wave a wand and have a 10k a month income without putting hard work into it. However what he teaches in the base tricks and tools that all the "gurus" use whether its on a mainstream / niche etc campaign.

The one point he repeats is that if people opt in to get your mails it means they are already interested in what you offering so you already have a foot in the door to sell them products / services etc.

Total noob question here but since I don't have a clue I'll attempt a question on this. Let's say I was interested in trying this approach and I have a niche I want to promote. Where the hell do I go about finding/getting the products to sell? Is it something someone has to make themselves? Or is there a place that everyone here knows about but me where you can promote someone's (book, video course, whatever).

I'd definitely consider giving this plan a shot. I just don't know where to go about getting the product to actually sell.

I've followed ViperChill since he began. And although I'm not making crazy monies online yet, his tips and help alone have gotten me to where I am now.

Live by this guys word, he will be one of the next big names in the biz.

n00b question: I am taking the steps to start up an advertising and marketing company but I can't for the life of me come up with a name. Any ideas? Or any hints as to where I can go for help? I want something easy to remember, like "google". As far as I know it means nothing but brand wise its unforgettable. Anything helps.

the million $ question. some people think it needs to relate to your product / business / idea, others like a 2.0 name like konfukkle.com. Being ad / marketing a more creative descriptive name would be great but not really important as getting business through the door. People don't care too much about a name when they need a product and they are spending money on your service / product....

mmmm sorta true but not at the same time. For example if you were to use an "adult" word for your company that could negatively affect your business but at the same time if it is focused on a specific niche then it could boost your business.

Remember first impressions count. Even one's where you have not meet the customer, it is why word of mouth is such a powerful method.

Shala I understand what you're saying but Shadz has a point. I've heard and read that your business name can either make or break you. I don't want my business to be the former. I also vaguely remember a forum (not sure where) that people just post ideas up and in an eBay-esque form people would bid on the ideas. Any clues?
