Have a big business/organization idea need a website developer

Someone that will build it/create it/start it/ and maintain it when necessary, i need a webhost and all that. i dont know where to start.

i have a domain name, i just dont know what to do next with it.

site consists of:
selling items
information/blog
pictures/videos, not alot maybe up to 5gb or so at first.

This includes having the website optimized for SEO, search engine friendly urls, and a photo/video
