Dude I just ran that url through my virus scanner.
That site tested positive for the Islg-BERIS.exe trojan.
This is a brand new trojan and some are reporting that the trojan is still active even with a reformat.
You might have to get a new hard-drive but hopefully not. Also check out this thread. It will show you how to remove it.
