He pointed you to the rules because it clearly states that if you make a whole new thread just to welcome yourself, you should expect to be flamed by at least one person, he pointed you to the introduction thread to show you where you could introduce yourself, and he said 'Fuckin' n00bs Can't read' because
1. you're a n00b here (you confirmed this hypothesis, to a certain extent, by not taking the time out to read the newbie section...which might've had something to do w/ your 'big shit' complex) and
2. you didn't read those two threads collectively to prevent something like this from happening
