Help to monetize or do something with unique web app with user base which is growing

I am not newbie, but my question IS, because for this what I am asking for I AM NEWBIE :)

Actually working for 10 years in affiliate industry, but since I am primarily developer I developed some time ago, nice web app , membership based, which reached nice number of users but I can't monetize. I can easy do SEO, drive traffic, make sales, convert, but can't force my own users in my own service to switch on paid packages :) Simply, don't have any experience in this.

If someone have experience with membership based web services and want to share and help me, please PM and i will give you URL and details about my app,traffic,etc.Thanks
 


Seem like the standard approach is to create something useful and market an extended version. Your member base says people are interested in your concept. Excite curiosity and amplify offering with a "next level" offering.

Have that exact plan in place now, but it will be a couple of months before its proven.

What exactly do you need? I got a couple of membership sites that I handled before. If you need the whole thing better make some searches first as it will take us days to discuss all the aspects. But if you need 1 or 2 questions feel free to PM me..
