Help With Affiliate Site Please!!!

Hey,
Im new to this forum and also new to affiliate marketing and was looking for some help!!!
I signed up to this site last week:

The information provided on the site has earnt me £200 without putting in much effort and
they have also got an affiliate program (Where you get people to go to their site and they
pay you £20).
I signed up to the affiliate program and have earnt and been paid 4 lots of £20 (£80 total).
This has worked out pretty well so far but I would prefer to do this sort of thing full time
and at the moment it has only earnt me £280 in a week and I would prefer to earn a bit more
to be honest!!!
Does anyone do this sort of thing? If so how do you advertise your links?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I clicked on your link and I was taken away by the info it had. I just tried and made 800 pounds. Four times more than you! I think you suck because it took very little effort to make 800 pounds. You should quit now while you are able to walk away with 120 pounds. Like the Gambler said "You got to know when to hold'em and when to fold'em".

Now beat it you damn spammer!

LotsofZeroes: It's British spelling. We spell it that way too, down here, but only after taking tea at 4pm.

Matt: Come on, you can do better than that. Surely you can work out the hex colour for the background here... The CSS says it's either #666666 or #333333, although I'm certain that's not right.
