Help with domain with good PR

I have just bought a domain name with PR5. I am totally new to the whole domaining thing - should I develop or sell, music related niche, four years old.

Developing is almost always more profitable, but obviously you have to have a game plan for it.

Do you have any good ideas that could be easily monetized?

I would develop it. Mid-High PR, aged, popular niche....

Offer something unique. Don't go along with another music video / streaming site.

Some great ideas here.. really in two minds about what to do. Could I offer any of you this domain for sale. Its on sale on godaddy for $400. I will accept any reasonable offer from WF members. God I'm such a nice guy! :rasta:
