ok i need some help
im trying to get into SEO and get sites ranked on google


and i read some threads already on it and have a few ideas on what to do ??? and should i use word press or blogger ???

are there Any REally good threads i should deff read or any ideas

cuz i do alot with ringtones ??? from COPEAC and CPA

I don't really think it matters what you use. Although I've read that drupal has some issues with friendly urls but that doesn't really have anything to do with your question.

Anyway, for SEO info, I personally like seobook.com
 
In either case buy a domain name. I say self-hosted Wordpress would beat the free hosted blogger, but you can also self-host blogger. In either case it will be the quality of your content and who links to you that counts. Wordpress probably edges it though, see also:

My first suggestion is that, if you want to rank high, do NOT use a blog. Make a site in XHTML 1.0 strict... by hand.

You will be able to control every aspect of your code that way, which is really SEO effective. Besides, you can also add other things later.

well if you really want to learn more about seo so Pls do internet search as much possible so that you come to know how to increase sites rank in google

Use both Blogger.com and Wordpress.com to practice and funnel their tiny amount of traffic and Pagerank to a wordpress.org site on a domain you own that you host yourself on Hostgator or BlueHost or (insert name of current hosting company affiliate offer here). Unless you own it/host it, you can't even put Ad Cents on it, much less run a script or two or three.
 
Art yer avatar is cool. I just set up a wordpress site on my own domain and im having trouble with the google analytics plugin
 
I think friend search for some nice blogs having huge article collection regarding seo and its use .what is seo?,what is search engine positioining?,link building?,searching engine spiders?and many more there is lot to learn friend just you need to have a right guidance don't worry if you have query we will help you I am new to this forum but have bit knowledge for seo.
