because many people here are smart enough to realize that a) having a company admit that they owe you something but go bankrupt by conveniently closing up well structured corporations means absolutely nothing, and b) many companies in the past who fronted like they had all kinds of cash/capital were living on revolving credit so even when you bother to sue the 'balling' founder you find out he's gone back to work for $70k/year as an affiliate manager somewhere and is driving a 10 year old BMW with big rims on it.
so until people ARE paid I don't think it seems like anything is happening except that people are getting stiffed out of money due to the actions of others totally out of their control.

you've obviously never worked with merchant accounts before. they have to wait 3-4 months to send them the money because the merchant processor doesnt want to be liable for paying chargebacks for your account. they hold you money and wait until the consumer can no long charge back. once that happens they send you your money
@redwing - Working with merchant accounts was never the point dude. Why run an affiliate program if you can't float the bills?

dude they didn't know what they were getting into... oh WAIT I just remembered how I warned Brian many times in January and February that they were gonna get shut down...
it'd be insane if they had enough capital to float the bills, because that would be so much money. maybe if they spread it all over 5 accounts and only 1 got shut down they would be able to float for that one. i never denied they were stupid. i have never worked with them so i dont know what exactly they did wrong, but they were dumbasses for no dispersing over multiple merchant accounts

I'm not sure how to respond to this, so I'll just say that I have guys running direct with ME who will all vouch I pay on time EVERY time. And I'm also able to give ummmm, them higher payout thingys .. SAY WHAT! :xmas-smiley-016:
