I will give you 2 domain names, you will have to create a script that:

IF from US/UK - redirects to domain X.
IF other - redirects to domain Y.

I know MANY scripts do that automatically, and many of them can be found online, but I don't have time to deal with this shit. So all you have to do is code three/two pages - one for domain Y, and one for domain X that will echo a code/text/HTML of my choice. So if between the echo tags I choose to put adsense/zango/shit, that will appear.

How accurate do you want it? Accurate IP databases cost and need to be kept up to date. The free one from Maxmind is good, but not 100% (esp for AOL users) and again you'd need to keep it up to date. Using their API might be a better option.

If it doesn't need to be that accurate you could use the browser language settings - that would be really simple, but will said people outside the US/UK to domain Y if they have the language as UK or US English.

If it's just for serving different ads, I wouldn't bother redirecting. Check out OpenX
