If you are an affiliate manager you should already know what you are talking about and not have learn from "guru's". Go over to DP, they can help you out with all of your "guru" needs.

jagwrangler, because I work in the same capacity as you do, I'm going to be nice (kinda).
You REALLY do not want to be here if you don't know your shit. I question why you've been hired as an AM if you don't already know a little something, although knowing everything isn't t be expected (you wouldn't bother being a manager if you were an amazingly good aff marketer after all), but knowing nothing and just being a sales guy for your network if going to get you, and your network, reamed out if you continue here.

Also, don't ever call someone here a "guru".
It's pretty much an insult, akin to being called a con-artist, around this board.
