Shlomikalfa is crook. I would not do business with this guy or his brother Yani. They sold me seoultimatenet.com several months ago for $23,000. In hindsight I now know why they sold it. It was oversubscribed, non-scalable and unstable.
After saying they were going to use the money to start a new business in a different industry, Shlomikalfa and his brother now are starting a new service using the exact software they sold me. I would stay far away from people who do business like this.
We have been in the process of moving the old SUN users over to our textlinks.com and postlinks.com with 50% discounts. I will offer this discount to anyone on this thread. PM me for the discount payment link.

SUN which has been a great success was our first backlinking service and as such had certain basic flaws in it's core, during the year or so that SUN was under our control and maintenance it was working to the expectations of our users providing them with good SEO results.

However, it became more and more clear to us that there are things that could be done better in order to provide a better SEO and Indexing services to our users and since SUN had certain core issues we have decided to redesign the Indexing and publishing technology and rebuild the system's core and rule sets.

The new network appeared to be by far more advanced and displayed better SEO results so we've decided to put the old and obsolete SUN technology aside and open a brand new network.

Since we're loyal to our users we've searched and searched for a proper successor to inherit our network, that will provide our users with the best possible service using that system. Amongst all of the potential buyers, even though you haven't been the highest bidder you seemed to be the most appropriate company to handle and maintain our services... Apparently we've been mistaken cause all you had in mind is neglecting our network, letting the users suffer until they had no choice but moving to your network.

As always... Progress is inevitable and we are not going to stop our development because you find it inconvenient for your interests... trying to "Buy Out" the competitors forcing the users to choose your obsolete archaic networks (textlinks and postlinks) is not a nice thing to do!

So... Yes, you couldn't handle SUN so you thought "Buying it Out" will be the solution... Now, we're here with a better product and a better service!
