Why does the "special pack" cost more than Package 5? The way it looks is the "special pack" is just package 5 minus the PR0 directories...??

The special PACK do not have any PR0 web directories and in Normal Package 5 have more than 700 directories of PR0

As its hard to find all PR directories on net and it consume more efforts the rate is higher. When quality matters price can't be constrain.

Why don't you offer a pack that submits to *every* directory?

i.e. The 700+ PR0 directories you mentioned, in addition to the 1000 PR1 - PR8 directories from the special pack.
