High PR best directories submission Manual, Quality & Affordable

I have just receive your report but I have a problem.

I asked 100 submissions. You send me a report with 100 links.
But I receive by email only 40 directory confirmations of submission.

I made a lot of submission in my life. I know what it is and it is what I paid you for.
I know that 99% of directories in the world send a email after a submission.

Could you explain that ?
