High PR private network 400 posts for $24(Review copies)

But isn't this closing down decreases the ip diversity as the existing members will keep posting new blogs that are posted in the same range of ip which defeats the advantage of these networks?

I sent you answers for each question.In short,the way events have turned for this network is good for existing users IMO.About serp movement,I track 20-30+ keywords daily and all I can say you just need do the basics(on page and a little anchor diversity) to rank for low/medium comp KWs with this network.High competition keywords also do move.(Actually,most of the bulk/repeat orders are in insurance/finance niche)
Of course,no guarantee . But strike rate is quite high to be honest.

I have a keyword with the following competition:
151 million (results)
9 million (exact results)
380,000 + ( allintitle)

Website is 7 months old but still not in top 1000 for the keyword.
Do you think this service would work? And home many blasts do you think would i need?

It depends on your competitors/backlink profile/anchor profile too. Generally,it is easier to predict on new website as I can control the anchor profile.
Most of the results I see or post have SERPIQ from 40-55 ranges.Add me in skype (stevejones003),if you cant PM me yet.
