Ordered some for a site that got hit when another blog network went down the site had dropped to the 60's from number 8 this seemed to help.

This is an effective way to rank in the short term. I wouldn't touch this with a site I care about as this is a network, but this service has it's place.

Remember,I send update when 4-5 days of drip is over.So,for CO-OP ,I update at the end of the drip and for exclusive when it is 4 out of X days of drip is over.(X depends on the drip you have chosen).Updates(as described above) are sent around 4-5 days after order placement,

I do not check SERP movement for every order.But,this one just caught my attention as they were almost new sites.
I had got order for 3 packages a week back,which is supposed to be a test order.All EMDs.I made them 35-40% exact keyword and rest natural/long tail.
SERP IQ- 50,43,37 respectively.

#50 SERPIQ moved from nowhere to #19
#43 SERPIQ moved from nowhere to #9
#37 SERPIQ moved from nowhere to #2
It has been 3 days.I ll try to get confirmation post from him.

Yes.Update sent.
By default CO-OP orders are 4-5 days drip as that kind of link velocity should be fine for most.SERP movement are generally seen within few days of blast is over.
Sometimes,during the drip too.

Open for more orders.
 
As usual seeing some great movements with client buyer keywords.
