There is no link report.You can opt for tracking through unique phrases if you want.I will update about your drip status either way. (Mentioned in OP too)

don't recommend for foreign keywords. see lastest google changes about links from english sites to non english sites.

PM me Link please.(Not via Matt Cutts I hope,as he has been trying best to mislead :) )
Main issue behind foreign keywords are most of them ve special characters.So,due to unicode issues,it has been always hard to get a lot of links having special character.Apart from that,foreign keyword rankings on great extent depends on that particular language specific domains/IPs.So,ranking from only US IP and .com links ve been hard always.But,once you ve country specific links,general links do help to rank higher/stronger.
