Current rates:

$40 for a single minisite (use our order form).
$36/site for orders of three or more minisites (contact to order).
$35/site for orders of 20 or more minisites (contact to order).

TAT (excluding weekends just to be safe):

Up to 24 hours for a single site.
Small bulk orders (3-4 sites) around 48-72 hours.
Large bulk orders (20 sites or more) -- custom TAT, can do one site a day, etc.

Just got my first 3 sites earlier today and am quite impressed. Fairly good content, everything setup like I wanted it, some images here and there, everything SEO'd, plugins I wanted and fast turnaround. Really couldn't ask for more at this price.
