I didn't write my review first day because I wanted to wait and see some effects before I write my review.
and here, MY REVIEW:
Firstly, I want to tell that I ordered for 500 social bookmarking backlinks but he provided me 623 bookmarks which is a great number, 123 backlinks for free.
Communication
Everything was very clear, I have asked a few stupid questions and he kindly responded my questions very fast. He gave me information at each step.
Speed
Ultra-fast! I haven't expected to get my report in 2-3 days, but he send back my report 5-6 hours after I send him my details.
Cost
$15 for 623 social backlinks? $0.025 for per backlinks. Since OP told that he create new accounts for per 10 bookmarks, I'm sure that my link won't go second pages of social bookmarking profiles and not indexed with tons of links.
SERP and Traffic
Now this is what I call SERP Boost. 2 kws ranking increase and %55 increase on traffic after I get this service.
Keyword 1: 10 to 5
Keyword 2: 7 to 3
This serp boost have fired my search engine traffic. I have also see a good nunmber of visitors coming from social sites reddit and stumbleupon.
Overall
I'm giving a 10/10 to this service, I'll probably order more from this guy. He gives high quality at a low price.
This was a a few months old website, guys, I'll test his service on new domain name and I'll report back to see how it's well for new domains.
PS. contrary, I would like to order 5*500 bookmarks for my inner pages, let me know if I can get a discount for this. It's ok to get my report in 7 days, time is not problem.

dtea206, thanks so much for your comment. It's ranging PR8 to PR0. Since 500 is a huge amount of website of course not all domain have a PR1+, but in this plan you will find quality and quantity. High PR sites will give quality, and getting links from tons of different IPs will give quantity. Quality and quantitiy - both very important for link building.
