the first time i ordered joel didn't respond before almost a week so i cancelled the order.

this is the second time i gave him a chance, and he demanded to pay 50% upfront and i so i did.

After more than 7 days delay he doesn't answer my PMs. Any idea what should i do?

This seems to be a trend with him, buyer beware.

I place an order on 5/2 after he assured me that it would be filled by 5/4. When he didn't deliver, I pinged him and got this response:

I'm so sorry, I won't bullshit you I just totally forgot about your order, I've been a little crazy lately. I'll get your order done ASAP, either tonight or early tomorrow. Is that cool with you?

Again totally sorry, completely unprofessional on my part, I really hope I didn't mess up your project by missing my deadline.

Again, he didn't deliver, so I pinged him once more on 5/9 and got this reply:

You can expect them in 12-16 hours. You probably think I'm full of shit missing the deadlines, but I truly haven't purposely done it - there's only so much I can physically get done, and I didn't plan accordingly (wasn't able to write on the weekend). I apologize for that, but I assure you I will get the articles to you as soon as I possibly can.

Despite having contacted him several times since then, I haven't heard anything. He was happy enough to take my payment though...

If you're looking for content, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this guy is in over his head and unable to complete any orders.
