I have recently acquired a high quality web property that I am looking to grow into a large scale business information website. I am offering you the chance to own a page on this property. For a limited time you can get a high-quality guest post with a dofollow link on a page with 700-1000 words of content hand-written by a quality (aka not cheap) US writer.

As a completely unique bonus I will also include your ad code on the page, for life. Most guest posting opportunities offer a link, but on this site you can add your adsense code, or any advertisement of your choice. And it will remain there for life. Imagine the ability to make money from your guest post for years, over and above the cost that you paid. I am also not looking to take a single dollar in profit from your payment. I simply want you to help me add content, value, social status, rankings and traffic to the site. Your payment covers the high cost of quality content, as well as further promotion of your post across social media, other high quality blogs, and more. This is going to be my baby for years to come.

What is the topic of the website?:

The site is currently covers a specific type of investment, albeit one with a very high CPC. I would like to grow the site into an all-purpose finance and business information site. Future categories will include: News, Business, Finance, Investments, Retirement, and possibly more.

So what is this going to cost?:

Currently the cost is $49.99 per post. I only want those with quality content sites to obtain my services. I reserve the right to reject any topics or websites that I see as unrelated or low quality.

But as you can see, this cost can easily be offset by your ad, especially as I continue to grow the site over time. You will be able set the size, type and location of the ad. And you can also change it from time to time if you like. I will even allow you to decide whether your payment goes toward content and promotion or simply to the content. I will be promoting all posts as I work on the site anyway, so if you want $5+/100 word content that is perfectly fine with me.

So tell me a little more about the site:

No problem good sir! I acquire a short, quality domain name, one with a limited history. I did this on purpose, didn't want to have any issues from something someone did to the domain in the past. I have already spent over $2000 on only high-quality, white hat promotion, mostly here on Wickedfire.com. Think Wikipedia links, some How-Tos, some high traffic site posting, and also high quality social media page creation and promotion. Only about 10% of this work has been completed, which works for me since I don't want it to hit all at once.

Already the homepage has a Trustflow Rank of 30+ and slightly lower Citation Flow Rank. The site has been live for less than 30 days. So as you can see I am doing this right, and treating it like a long-term commodity instead of a short term money maker. Rankings are traffic are steadily increasing; not only for lower traffic, High CPC keywords, but also for a few very competitive High CPC keywords.

Refund Policy:

Once your order is completed there are no refunds. I will however, make any edits and changes you would like, within reason. My goal is your complete satisfaction so I will work my ass of to obtain it. I would much rather gain 1 repeat customer than 10 one and done customers. As the owner of the site your post will not be removed, as long as you don't blast it with a bunch of shitty links.

I only ask that you do not spam the site in any way. Feel free to promote your post, but please make every attempt to keep your promotions high quality. I will contact you before removing a post, and try to give you the benefit of the doubt by replacing it if at all possible. I realize there are nefarious types that may want to do such things and that it may not be you. But repeated issues will result in the posts removal with no refund. Otherwise I am looking to give back more value than I receive.

TAT:

Turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Once you order you will receive an email confirmation. Content creation will start immediately and we will work to create your content as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Once your post is live you will receive another email with your URL. At that point we can make edits of necessary and you can send us your ad code which will be added within 24-48 hours.

Now this sounds very interesting and I’ll also be interested in a review copy should you decide to offer?

Please give more info regarding your internal linking. Will guest posts, or a snippet, see the homepage and/or will there be any linking from the homepage to the posts?

2 Free Review Copies have been claimed by golan, and diesel1.

I will also offer 3 50% off review copies.

Review

At first, when I got the link to my article, I wanted to pass on review, so that the OP won't spend his BST fees in vain; but then I thought that this is my duty to prevent my respectful colleagues from wasting their monies.

So, I got an article on the OP's site for a review.

The site: The domain name is nothing special. PR0, DA1, TF22 - not sure why. First archive.org appearance in 2010, but can't say what was there, probably the history is deleted. Was redirect at some point.

Ahrefs shows 5 referring domains, one is ask.com/search?apn..... with hidden link to the OP's site; another one is DR58 site with footer link to the OP's site where it's placed among 13 other irrelevant links, and the site doesn't open properly; other three ref domains are purely worthless.

Majestic shows 3 more referring domains and the links are in some listings or signatures. Also shows Examiner backlink, but it doesn't open, the article is deleted. My guess is that the article when was alive gave this high TF.

The site is on generic WP theme, no logo, no favicon.

All content, except of "my" last post, is a bunch of ezine-looking articles by the site topic.

In one word: Worthless.

The article: Looking good, quite well researched, well written. Nothing special though. Copyscape passed.

Overall: A post at this site could be good investment when you buy it within a bunch of $0.5 posts, but certainly not for $49.99.

Thanks for the review! You the man. - We seriously need for these people to be reviewed like this before they even post this type of Garbage.

Thanks for the honest review, golan! Your suggestions are being used to improve the quality of the site as we speak.

That said the two people who paid for discounted reviews are being refunded as I would hate for them to feel cheated as well.

We will close for any orders and go ahead and get started on improving the site quality.

Thanks. Did you refund my order already? Really sad considering I was optimistic this was going to be a nice clean link.

We are now open for orders. While the reviewer is a respected member of the forum, and we respect his opinion, he neglected to report some important facts. With our increasing reliance on Moz, Majestic, and ahrefs, we can sometimes forget to check the only backlink checker that matters, and that is Google.

This site is already highly trusted by Google, even as the different backlink crawling services are still catching up. As I mentioned the site is less than 30 days old, so many of the best links are not showing up. Also we are constantly keeping up with algorithm changes, so many of our links are built on networks that block these crawlers on purpose. Regardless, once you receive your link you will be able to see all the quality backlinks to the site in Google. And many more insanely high quality links are still to come. You are going to want to get in on this offer.

Also it is worth mentioning that the reviewers post is ranking on page 1 in Google for 2 of the five suggested keywords he gave me. No more free reviews will be given out, but I have reduced the price to $24.99 for a limited time.

And some of the top links are finally starting to show up, ahrefs is slow as ever, SEMRush has a found one or two. Here is a snapshot of Majestic's current data...

...as you can see over 20 pages of the site already have a TF of 20+ with the homepage over 30. And again, many links in Google are not included...review claims most TF is coming from a deleted Examiner.com link, but that link is marked as deleted in Majestic so obviously that is not being counted. I ordered what was advertised as a link on a "high traffic online newspaper" but when it turned out to be examiner.com, I had it taken down. We are only building high quality links. Any lower quality ones are completely organic, and we are keeping an eye on these as well.
