Here is my breakdown for what I can do I'm a SEO Specialist for almost 2 years now and this are the SEO strategies that I'm doing:

FORUM PROFILE LINKS
.Edu PROFILE LINKS
WEB 2.0 PROPERTIES
LINK WHEEL
LINK PYRAMID
DIRECTORY SUBMISSION
SCRAPEBOX
ARTICLE DIRECTORY SUBMISSION (AMR SOFTWARE)
SENUKEx BLAST(or CAMPAIGN)
SENUKE WIZARD (templates: Basics plus 3 Way Attack and Link Pyramid advanced)
ETC.
Hours for work: I can spend 5-6 Hours doing SEO Task
I prefer Payment per Week: 70$ for Fulltime and 50$ for Partime
It will depends on the task.
