Hiring all-round guy

I wanna hire someone with web/html/photoshop experience.

I have alot of articles about various subjects, these are just pure text. I need someone who can make them more useful by adding relevant images (taking screenshots + buying & searching for images etc) + making lists and summaries where it makes sense.

I don't have one huge pile of articles right away but I will need this contiously. Please pm or reply to this thread with per hour price and experience.
