Sorry, I should have made that a bit clearer. Order process is the same as in the OP - I made it this way so that I could field people easily before accepting the order.
New orders are processed and added to the queue.
OP informed me today that my order was 15% complete. I'm glad to say that I'm already seeing some pretty solid serp gains not just for my targeted keywords, but also for related keywords as well. Nice bump in traffic today as a result, and can't wait to see where I'm at once the dust settles.
