9. They brobably cannot be reached by radio but probably can be by radar if a signal system can be devised for that.

Read the preceding paragraph, those points are from someone who thinks they were abducted, or had a vision or some shit “obtained by so-called supernormal means”….. it’s not a fbi report, it’s a press release recapping what that person told them.
 
There was a case around that time period where someone ended up actually going to jail for reporting an elaborate hoax that follows almost exactly the same information that was in the FBI memos. Methinks that's what they were talking about.

Guys do not make premature conclusions, if FBI is posting this now then maybe just maybe there is something crazy going on. ;)
 
maybe they'll colonize our planet while we humans are busy pointing fingers over politics, economic problems, etc.
 
Rumors are flowing again that the aliens are establishing a large underground base in the Ladakh region in India - China border. This place is somewhere near the Mount Kailash which is a pilgrimage spot for the Hindus. This is also one of the least accessed areas. My friends went to Ladakh region for a week and some locals told them they have seen a lot of weird lights n stuff.
 
I don't think they are necessary increasing just the fact that more people have camera phones ect.
