Hi guys,

I'm starting to run into some of the limitations of my shared Business hosting package with HostGator -- namely, the limit of one SSL cert that must be on my primary domain. Can anyone recommend a good host? Shared, VPS, reseller, whatever. I'm just looking for a good feature / price ratio.

Thanks.

PS: I know this has been discussed before in other threads, but for this type of thing I like to get fresh information, in case anything has changed with various web hosts.

What kind of pricing are you looking for?

Do you need a control panel, management etc?

Any VPS will allow you to have multiple SSL certificates as you will have multiple dedicated IPs, and you can place each website on a different dedicated IP.

HG uses cPanel , and cPanel allows 1 dedicated IP per account , so technically you cannot have a different SSL certificate on each domain name.

wiredtree the ways to go for cheap vps..im using this since jan 2010..no problems at all..their support team absolutely great..im host my xrumer and scrapebox at wiredtree..

5/5

I'm using beyondhosting.net 's vps and I've been impressed. ~$50 a month and it's night and day difference from my shared hosting. Not to mention customer service is awesome.

I used hostgator and justhost. I'm satisfied with their service quality, and especially their customer service. I always get a fast reply for every inquiry

I need more info about your hosting requirements. Some hosting service provide reliable services and others are not good for this. You just find some review about hosting services and use trusted one.. That's better for you

Features and prices are in an opposite relationship with many hosting services. If you are choosing a plan that is cheap, that will be in absence of some features that is allowed in more costly one. So make the selection suitable for your requirements and make a clear cost management.
