How can i use the proxies ?

I would like to buy some proxies but i need some advice.

My intention is to use always a proxy whenever i register for a new domain or i transfer my file so the FTP or connect to cPanel

What do you think ? is it possible ?

Try using foxy proxy which is a firefox addon, and also try using the Google machine.
