How would I go about customizing the design of a landing page for a ringtone offer? Example, I want to gut all the design from azoogles default landing pages and just have the phone number input field and the submit button.

Why would you be asking this on a forum when you have an affiliate manager? And no, what you described isn't possible. Those landing pages have to be individually approved by the mobile phone carriers who have extensive rules about what can and can't be on them.

A simple solution would be to hack into the merchant's server. Let us know how that goes.

nextpimp does it and they run azoogle...so clearly it is possible. I spoke with my AM and he said if I provide him with a design, they can give me a custom landing page.
