Thank you for taking the time to read my post!:)

I need some advice here from the pros.

I've just created a website dedicated towards entrepreneurship which will be covering topics such as; entrepreneurship, internet marketing, residual income and personal development. I feel a bit scattered with trying to find the best affiliate programs to promote on my site if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them!

Thanks

Seems to me that you are biting off quite a chunk to chew there.

Anyways, you can always started with clickbank and adjust as
you get more experienced and get feedback from your readers.

so let me get this straight. you had a brain fart to build this badass site without even considering how you are going monetize it?

Make a newsletter, capture emails until your figure it out.

I am in a similar situation, I had worked for a company in the past and had seen how they were doing their promotions and sales. I was very impressed with their operation and decided to try the same thing out myself. I setup my site at http://nomoreage.com. Now I have had the site up for about a month or so, however I cannot find affiliates to push traffic on the site as I do not have a track record to prove anything. However, I know the product and my technology both work. How do I go about proving to everyone else so that I can get affiliates to push the product for me. Who/which network should I contact to get some affiliates to push the product for me? I much appreciate your advise on the matter.

I suggest you come up with a more specific niche than that. You are going to have a ton of competition and your readers are likely to be confused about what you are looking for. In any event, if you want products I personally use Clickbank. Some use Clickbooth. You can also look at good products and check backlinks to them to see what affiliates are linking to them. Checking out those affiliates will help you find other products to promote as well.

Thank you all for your suggestions, all but, of course the grown board ppl that commented.
However, Nufster I am learning Article Marketing can be one of the most effective and least expensive ways to get traffic to your site. If you can provide good content around your site, you should have it in the bag. Forum posting and blog commenting can be useful as well.
If there is anything that can be done online that you do not know how to do or have the time to do you can always outsource:)

These guys are good for finding more experienced internet marketing geeks:)

You should narrow down your niche some more. Out of the four you mentioned, which are you most passionate about? Whichever one that is, that should be the focus of your website.

Find products on ClickBank that are related to your website (Which should now be focused in on a single niche). Get 2-3 that seem high-quality, and then give them each a page on your website.

On each page, write an extensive review of what that info product can do for the reader. You can do this by finding other review sites that are reviewing the same product, copying the best reviews, and rewriting them in your own words. Doing this will help maintain originality which is good for SEO purposes.

Use free methods of marketing, such as forum posts, blog commenting, and article marketing to generate targeted traffic to your webpage. This will help you generate initial income so that you can later used paid marketing methods as well.

The reason you should write reviews for several related products is because diversity is good for multiple reasons. For having a larger website and more online exposure, allowing you to reach a greater number of people (Some people might search for "Product A Review", while others might search for "Product B Review", and you'll have both product reviews, getting you more traffic), and for potential buyers to compare the products quickly without leaving your website.

I hope this helps you out.
