how do I sell it? I have no idea what I am doing but willing to take a certain dollar amount.
 


Too early. Take more care of it and wait till you build some authority for it. The domain name makes it tough to sell so you have to compensate this with quality and authoritative content along with backlinks. Plus, note that you chose a very competitive niche to blog about. A lot of work before this website can start attracting buyers. My two cents.
 
Yea the domain name is bothering me too. I need to change it. Thanks for the ideas. I don't feel like paying for flippa. I'm hoping to keep it as free as possible. lol. I guess I'll nurse this baby up the ranks.
 
Pull in some revenue first. You can usually sell a site 4-5 months after it starts producing, for around a years worth of value.

IE: Site makes $100 a month for 4 months

Flip it and sell it for between $1200+ Dollars.

Until you either have traffic stats to show (So people will pay for that, and try to monetize it) or revenue (Which makes it worth alot more.) nobody is likely to buy it. Theres a million template packs and cookie cutter websites for sale out there.
 
There are quite a few good places you could try. I've sold sites on sitepoint and ebay before. Flippa is good but it's expensive to list websites.
 
I have also sell my website last week through olx.in and I got a good money from them.You should also try it.
 
Get hold of it and write some good articles about the subject. Even for an article a week, that would do it. Sell it when it is indexed for a lot of keywords for body building.
 
find same flippa & digital point site you can transfer you domain As well as to the your client,contact you host they will guide u nicely
 
I would use Flippa over Digital Point anytime. Sure, their listing fee is a bit high but you are more likely to make a profit. I usually sell only established sites on there. Make sure you get a featured listing if this site does have some good potential, you'd be surprised how many people would be interested.. Anyways, good-luck.
 
yep sell on flippa but first build quailty content and backlinks wait two months then sell it

put adsense on it plus amazon and clickbank products

you will easily sell it even with a - domain


so get building is key

you should get $200 - $500 I would say

sites sell for how much you make per month is X 12 to work out the value

flippa is expensive so i wouldn't really sell anything there for less then $500...
