How I generate loan leads in Nigeria using free traffic

I’ve been experimenting with a simple yet effective way to promote loan and finance offers in Nigeria. It’s nothing fancy, but it delivers results and might help others targeting the same region.

The Offer

I went with personal loan CPA offers from finance networks. These are basic lead-generation forms where people either apply for a loan or download a loan-related app. The payout per lead is modest, but it adds up with consistency.

Traffic Source

I didn’t spend on ads. Instead, I used free traffic sources:

  • WhatsApp groups and status posts (a hotspot for Nigerian users)
  • Facebook communities focused on loans and finance
  • Quora discussions, since many Nigerians search there for quick loan options
Landing Page Setup

Direct links often get blocked or ignored, so I built a clean one-page site using Google Sites.

Headline example: “Need a Fast Loan in Nigeria? Instant Approval Available!”

Added short bullet points about quick processing and no collateral, plus a call-to-action button linked to the CPA offer.

Results

With just a few daily posts, leads started coming in steadily. Not huge numbers yet, but enough to prove the strategy is solid.

Key Points

  • Always use a simple landing page instead of posting direct links.
  • Loan and finance offers convert well in Nigeria because of high demand.
  • Free traffic plus consistent posting equals continuous conversions.

Hope this gives someone a useful starting point. Open to hearing how others are scaling finance offers in Nigeria.
