Who knows. I'm not sure of the details, but lets assume that the methods of promotion were allows, and most likely the people involved just don't want to pay the bills. M. Krongel has every right not to pay, if he isn't paid, according to his contract.
I feel weird defending COPEAC since Mike seems to have a hardon for me personally on this board, and keeps on attacking me. Still, him having a man-crush on me doesn't mean that I shouldn't be honest, and defend him. COPEAC as far as I know is a legit, and good business, and I'd always recommend people working with them. I'd of course recommend they work with Affiliate.com first!
I don't see attacking COPEAC on this is a good idea, but maybe there is an overriding issue of how Affiliate networks should be paid, and how they should pay out. Attacking COPEAC for non payment when this seems to be an industry standard doesnt seem right.
