I've always wanted to target people with an IQ of less than 50. It's been a dream of mine. Such a pain in the ass targeting people more intelligent than myself, but I keep doing it for some stupid reason.

inoculation was an archaic version of vaccination, used to fight smallpox.

incubation period, the phrase you were looking for, is the period of time between acquisition of a pathogen and the onset of illness. or in wikipedias words, so you dont have to figure out what an google is:

"Incubation period is the time elapsed between exposure to a pathogenic organism, a chemical or radiation, and when symptoms and signs are first apparent. In a typical infectious disease, incubation period signifies the period taken by the multiplying organism to reach a threshold necessary to produce symptoms in the host."
