Wow. Some vegan food deprived wannabe fitness guru says bacon and eggs are not good because contains 300mg of cholesterol lol. In general, I don't care what others put in their mouths but a lot of vegans is really annoying. Their knowledge of nutrition comes from China Study and seven countries study (the worst studies ever done by people who called themselves scientists...). Do they know that not eating meat makes their bones weak and even worse, prevent their kids from growing strong and healthy skeleton (and full capacity skull?!) Sorry, vegans: Eating meat and cooking food is how humans got their big brains - The Washington Post.
Do they know that in poor families where meat and animal products were consumed only occasionally (once a week) children were shorter and had smaller skulls and jaws? (thus experiencing problems with tooth growth)?
Do they know that when elites ate a lot of game and animal products, regular people ate poor ass veggies and dirt?
Anyway, that guy from VeganHealthFitness looks unhealthy to me, seriously look at his face, dry and thin, poor sick bastard.

I switched off in the video when he claimed coconut oil is a 'refined' oil as his argument against it.

poor ass veggies is not as bad as you think. look at pictures of people a century ago, they look super young in their 30's/40's because they didn't eat the highly processed stuff that's considered acceptable today. if i could only eat vegetables vs the "tasty" high fructose corn syrup stuffed garbage, i'd take veggies any day. didn't look at the site tho

and good food is 5 pounds of meatloaf for 2,99 from the bargain bin? do you really think that meat contains more nutrients than veggies? which would that be?

if you think that you need to eat muscle to build muscle, thats about as stupid as believing that eating fat makes you fat. metabolism is quite a bit more sophisticated than that.

I already link to studies and use medical paper like footnotes on pushing diets, because 1) I dont want to kill people and 2) That shit works.

I know they are not bad, I like them and eat daily. Just don't like when someone is making meat, eggs and other animal products pure evil. Like others have noted, processed food is another matter.
These days one can be healthy on a strictly vegetarian diet but, still it's kind of experiment in my opinion. There never was a 100% vegetarian tribe on this planet. From here Nutrition and Physical Degeneration we know that the more animal products people ate the healthier they were.

Yeah, it works great. Not only on diets.
