Grad school definitely counts. I'm also interested in seeing how much money fulltime students are making while they are still in school.

I'm a full time student and last year while I was going to school full time I made around roughly 2k per month, now I'm not making shit... It was great b/c I didn't have to go to work a 9-5, so i had a lot time for my school work...

Fuck teh college. If you want to work for someone else, go to teh college. It can teach you how to follow teh rules ehh ye know? If you want to own a business and make moves, work hard, network, and learn something new everyday. Going won't doing any harm but if you're in a race to make some monies while you're young or maybe you know you never want to work for someone else ever in your life, I'd say don't go. Shit, look at Wes from 202. He prolly smokes 100's and wipes his ass with them.

"Invest more time into yourself and your business than you do at your job"

Agree!!!!

I discovered IM just when I was starting freshman year. I was looking for a part time job and could not get one...until I saw a flier saying "work at home with surveys, data entry, stuffing envelopes" I fell for MLM, cash gifting until I found AM

Qualifications might not help in the short run but they won't hurt in the long run either ;) I graduate in 12 months but still work online.

I'm in sixth form, lower 6th. I'm semi-new to the area (lived there all my life, but was at boarding school for like 3 years), so don't really know anyone, so getting to know some people, then dropping out.

Business-double major in marketing/human resources, and minor in operations management! I love it but it tends to take a lot of time away from my online businesses. Can't wait to graduate so i can get a real job and focus more of my time online.

This was one of the most intriguing talks I've heard in a long time, Sir Ken Robinson is truly a forward-thinker and we need more people like him. Although I haven't dropped out of college just yet, I've always been of the opinion that our system of education is a big farce and a prehistoric concept.

Firstly, how exactly that any subject you could wish to study takes exactly 4 years to learn? It's a business, that's how.. The focus is no longer on the individual (was it ever?) but on the success of the "business" among other things. The post secondary education we have is like a big factory conveyor belt where unique individual materials are inserted and by the time they reach the other end are transformed into a one-size fits all replica ready for mass distribution.

I've been in school for quite some time now, and at this point it would be wasteful to not stick through one more year to get that piece of paper at least. But I just can't take the classes seriously anymore, even the challenging ones, it really is just learning for learning's sake... Inefficient and mostly ineffective learning at that.

I don't believe we're able to flourish at our best when we get stuffed into a square box, that still smells like the last guys fart, and wake up 40 years later to find out that our promise of freedom was a big hoax. I know school isn't necessarily the extreme, but it's a beginning to an end and in most cases the classic 'snowball effect' hits the further along you are., and many ideas that once seemed real are now unrealistic and only childish dreams. So for those of us who are still serving that 4-year sentence, beware of falling into that trap and remember what you REALLY want ;)

I am in the same situation here and not too happy with it.

3k a week? lol....u know a lot on people on here do 10 times that in a day

my point is, don't consider a number like "3k" something you can get away with, shoot for 5 figure days :)

dropping college is retarded. Why drop out when you can just take easy classes and keep working? Affiliate marketing can be dead in 3 years, you never know. those of you getting cocky thinking you're gonna be banking hard forever are in for a surprise if facebook/google/whatever drops you. You only look at one perspective when you are banking but you dont look at the other- when you go from x,xxx a day down to nada you are gonna be wishing you stayed in college.

save yourself some time trying to find a job and just take it easy in college if you are doing AM stuff. when something huge comes up, maybe take a quarter off or take some easy classes and keep banking.
