How might you monetize a Job-Seeking site?

I have a site that gets visitors who are looking for jobs but I have no ideas on how to best monetize this site. Can anyone throw me a bone or two about this?

I think monster has an affiliate program. They pay you if someone posts their resume.

Yahoo Hot Jobs also has an affiliate program.

For a supplemental opportunity, they may be interested in education... Capella, U of Phoenix, etc.
